About the Role: Provide personalized assistance to guests, helping with restaurant reservations, event tickets, and local recommendations. Coordinate special services such as transportation, tours, and activities, and handle unique or special requests for celebrations. Offer detailed information about the area and hotel to ensure all guest needs are met efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities: Manage pre-arrival communication and travel planning with incoming guests. Ensure the guest experience begins once the reservations department sends the confirmation. Anticipate guest needs by recommending, booking, and confirming transportation, activities, and dining options in advance. Coordinate and plan special details based on occasions, celebrations, and preferences shared prior to arrival. Gather and record relevant information promptly to ensure all departments can execute seamlessly. Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, attending to special requests, resolving complaints, and assisting with hotel services, operating hours, key personnel, internal events, and directions. Requirements: Experience in providing personalized tourism experiences and handling guest complaints for at least 6 months. Knowledge of local attractions, services, and culture. Ability to stand and walk constantly during shifts. English proficiency at B2 level; knowledge of a third language is desirable.
