Expected Outcomes: - Achieve consistent weekly deal flow from a predictable pipeline. - Develop and implement effective tracking, CRM, and scrapping systems. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success Metrics: - Closing two new units per month under Revenue Share. - Maintaining a pipeline of thirty or more active opportunities. - Qualifying partners in at least one new city.
