About the Role We seek a passionate, creative, and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist dedicated to building top-quality soft goods. You will oversee mass production, collaborate with various teams and external partners, and ensure products meet our high standards and customer expectations. Staying current with soft goods trends and implementing innovative improvements are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities Inspect outgoing shipments, conduct visual inspections, and document defects using AQL standards. Review and improve IQC/OQC programs with vendors. Update quality control documentation to reflect production changes and ECOs. Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain critical manufacturing documentation and communication. Coordinate with product operations to monitor production and identify issues early. Stay informed on trends and collaborate on design and manufacturing improvements. Develop, execute, and analyze test plans for new product designs. About You With over five years of experience in overseas manufacturing and soft goods development, you are a skilled leader with technical expertise. You are detail-oriented, innovative, and committed to quality, capable of managing teams and navigating complex manufacturing challenges. You excel in communication, problem-solving, and working independently or collaboratively.
