What you'll be getting up to: We are seeking a talented Lead Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) Engineer to join our global Technology team. This challenging and fast-paced environment offers ample opportunities to influence cloud strategy, promote best practices, and ensure the efficient operation of our cloud ecosystem. As part of the Cloud Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our cloud strategy. This includes designing, implementing, and scaling cloud services, fostering automation and optimization, and ensuring alignment across teams. You will help establish standards for monitoring, alerting, and security to maximize the value of cloud technologies for our customers. This role requires close collaboration with Infrastructure and Platform teams, including Security and SRE, to build a resilient, secure cloud platform. Networking - Proficient in Cloud Networks, VPCs, Hybrid Connectivity, etc. - Knowledge of protocols such as BGP/DNS within the cloud context. Security - Proficient with security measures like IAM, firewalls, encryption, and cloud compliance frameworks. Design & Architecture - Strong architectural design skills to guide scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud solutions. Mindset - Ownership and accountability for high-quality, secure, resilient, and performant cloud solutions. CI - Automate and iterate on processes, keeping pace with cloud innovations. Collaboration and Culture - Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, creativity, and continuous improvement, especially as we begin our hybrid cloud adoption. - Work closely with Networks and SRE teams to ensure high standards in cloud system development.
