In collaboration with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders across the organization, implement the marketing plan and tactics and provide appropriate support to affiliates to assure the commercial success of Similac. This position is responsible for Regional Similac strategies and activities associated with budgeting, development, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs and materials to support the business objectives for SImilac. This position will have responsibility to engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) who help strengthen our programs for respective brands. Additionally, it will contribute to the development and delivery of “best in class” boost HCP & DTC marketing programs, materials and communications for all brand initiatives. **Core Job Responsibilities**: - Develop insight driven strategies & define brand value proposition with the involvement as appropriate of all key stakeholders. Strategies should identify future trends and address all key issues, critical key success factors and execution steps. - Drive product and brand extensions to properly enhance the coverage of the category and brands. - Lead expansion into new and segments - Lead product/portfolio innovation from idea generation to organizational sign-off - Developing engagement strategies with health care professionals and consumers that drive diagnosis, preferred brand choice and concordance & conmpliance in usage - Support affiliate commercialization programs to effectively achieve business plan objectives (sales, profit margin, market growth, share). - Design, plan and organize execution of key marketing programs marketing programs for the brands / portfolio including digital and multichannel customer engagement. - Conduct market insight/market research programs to answer key questions posed by the brand/portfolio. - Drive new brand/product launch plans within assigned group of products and define roll-out priorities. **Minimum Education**: - BA/BS Degree in Business/ Marketing or similar. MBA preferred due to the business complexity. **Minimum Experience/Training Required**: **Experience**: - 10+ years of progressively responsible product management experience in either OTC marketing, consumer packaged goods marketing, or a combination of the two. Languages: - Excellent written and oral communication in English.
