You do not need to live in US for this job. We are seeking a specialist that lives in Colombia and can work at US Central time; Monday to Friday 8am. to 5pm. Resumes and Business references required. Job Duties / Responsibilities: - Contacts customers via telephone, and attempts to sell product - Take calls from 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday - Contacts and engages decision-makers, and applies skills in the area of communication, customer service and problem-solving - Attends weekly meetings and delivers a sales presentation - Offers the best value for the customer in terms of price, discounts, multiple and additional products - Fields questions and overcomes specific objections raised by customer - Corrects customer information on record when appropriate - Closes the sale and is respectful of the customer's rights - Mails proposals and quote when requested - Follows up the quotes and tries to close each one into sales - Works with other team members to provide the highest level of customer service and meet team goals - Complies with and adheres to selling policies, procedures and Company ethics - Completes leads, sales processing and recording - Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - Experience in sales and customer service in person or over the phone is preferred. - An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers - Ability to communicate well to customers - Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency - Fluent both in English and Spanish is required.
