We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Moderator to manage and grow our online community. This role involves fostering engagement, managing interactions, and ensuring a positive experience for all members across our global community on Discord, Reddit , and other social platforms. The role requires proficiency in English and Brazilian Portuguese to cater to local language needs. What does a day in the life of a Content Moderator look like? Community Engagement: Engage with community members in English and the local language (Spanish, Portuguese), ensuring positive interactions across Discord, Reddit, and other social media platforms. Content Creation & Community Events: Create and schedule content tailored to each language group, including community events, contests, and initiatives. Ensure all posts and discussions align with community guidelines. Community Growth: Develop strategies to expand the community in local language regions, increasing engagement and participation across social channels. Feedback Collection & Reporting: Gather feedback from the community and collaborate with product, engineering, and other teams to address issues or suggestions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with community managers, moderators, and the Community Lead to ensure cohesive management. Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet community needs and relay technical feedback.
