We are seeking a skilled Bilingual IT Helpdesk Professional with a C1 English Level to provide technical support, including assistance with Microsoft 365 applications and services. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues via phone, email, or in-person. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals. Provide Microsoft 365 support, including troubleshooting Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and other M365 services. Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Assist with system backups, recovery, and security updates. Provide technical guidance and training to users. Document and track issues using a ticketing system. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices. Requirements Availability to work ON-SITE Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications. Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 applications and services. Knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
