Our curated collection features the most sought-after hotels and resorts worldwide, and our best-in-class reservation and concierge team is committed to delivering an extraordinary booking experience that stands out in the B2B travel landscape. **Responsibilities**: - **Service**: Assist the Advisor Support team by accurately and quickly servicing our client questions and arranging services for travelers (spa accommodations, restaurant reservations, private transfers, etc.). - **Vendors**: Oversee communication with our Destination Management Companies and partners alike to verify availability, coordinate trip logistics, and confirm services with precision. - **Team**: Partner closely with our Advisor Support and Reservations team to provide support that will allow a more dedicated & personalized approach with clients, contributing to an overall 5-star trip experience. - **Quality Assurance**: Meticulously check confirmed bookings and services for accuracy, reporting any discrepancies to the team to ensure all bookings are accurate and submitted without error to guarantee a smooth guest experience. - **Data Reconciliation**: Reconcile CRM and Accounting System data, meticulously gathering invoices and conducting quality control checks to ensure alignment and accuracy. - **Expertise**: Cultivate in-depth destination knowledge to contribute to the overall teamambiance and client experience. **Qualifications** - **Written and verbal professional communication in English is a MUST.**: - Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills. - 2+ years of experience in the hotel industry or a related job is preferred. - Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations - Working knowledge of Google and reservation management systems
