The Position We are seeking an AI Project Manager to join our team. You will collaborate with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver a product to our clients. Requirements - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager. - Advanced English proficiency. - Successful completion of a four-year college degree. - Experience in AI-related projects or collaboration with AI development teams. - Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results through structured methodologies and tools. - Demonstrated expertise in implementing essential checkpoints, ensuring task completion among developers. - Proven ability to understand the development environment and track tasks/tickets effectively. - Extensive background in team leadership. - Highly experienced in aligning project objectives with organizational strategic goals. - Ability to navigate complex issues and contribute to libraries as needed. - Capacity to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications. - Attention to detail. - A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. - Ability to take ownership over your work, meeting expectations set by you and your team. - Ability to identify with client goals and commit to delivering on commitments made. - Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
