What makes you a strong candidate: Proficiency in CRM, customer loyalty management, product categorization, and recruitment. Conversational English skills. Responsibilities include: Engaging with customers to maintain loyalty. Coordinating operational tasks. Supervising analyst work quality. Categorizing products and services. Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate services. Recruiting personnel for vacancies. Managing client invoicing based on hours worked.
