The Director of National Accounts will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the CASE Construction Brand with large rental and corporate accounts. Responsibilities Lead the direct sales organization to large national rental accounts. Manage direct/indirect sales to large corporate accounts (e.g., large contractors, major utility companies). Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with large, cross-functional teams. Achieve revenue and profitability targets. Develop short- and long-term forecasts and coordinate with Production Planning for targeted customer bases. Negotiate and handle commercial contracts/agreements between the company and customers. Meet with existing customers, maintain relationships with top decision-makers, and propose, negotiate, and close opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. The annual salary ranges from $138,350 to $202,900 plus applicable bonuses, with a sales incentive target of 20%. Actual salaries vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
