In this role as Lead Boiler Service Technician, you would be responsible for fixing commercial and industrial boilers and ancillary equipment by performing boiler inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing service calls. Responsibilities Make customer service a priority by providing thorough and timely recommendations with top-notch service. Perform service calls, inspections, identify equipment malfunctions, and provide solutions. Optimize boiler room operations, troubleshoot equipment faults in a timely manner, and conduct preventative maintenance. Perform start-ups on boilers and ensure equipment is brought online to run safely and correctly. Identify aging equipment and talk to customers about upgrade options.
