Descripción Arthur J. Gallagher, one of the largest insurance brokers in the world and a Fortune 500 company, is seeking a Sr. Manager of Strategic Initiatives to support key projects in Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean. This initiative will have high visibility with leaders of different regions. The Sr. Manager will be an exceptional problem solver, people influencer, strong communicator and self-starter that will also bring a strong sense of ownership, exercising autonomy in identifying the most impactful areas to engage in the region. This role will interact with the regional C-suite leadership but also with different functional teams. This position will report to the VP of Operations & Strategy of Canada, Latin America & the Caribbean and is fully remote. Some travel to Canada and the Caribbean may be required depending on business needs (5%). Cómo lograrás un impacto • Lead strategic initiatives of great impact for Canada & the Caribbean, managing all aspects of the project, including relationships with various stakeholders • Build Strategic Initiatives team for the CLC region (Canada, Latin American & the Caribbean) supporting key priorities and identifying potential opportunities • Develop business cases backed by quantitative analysis, providing actionable recommendations and next steps • Facilitate meetings and presentations, and conduct discussions and working sessions with cross-functional teams • Develop project status reports to reflect project achievements, risks and financials for all key stakeholders, including organizing and facilitating project Steering Committees • Contribute to and lead ad hoc projects as needed to support region’s agenda • Provide support to region’s operational initiatives and day to day operations





Acerca de ti Experience and Qualifications • Bachelor in Business Administration, Engineering or other relevant field, MBA is a plus • 10-12 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, process management or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful insights, and make data-driven recommendations. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. • Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Proven track record of leadership • Strong written and verbal communication skills






Nice to Have • Project Management experience (PMP certification is a plus) • Experience with digital transformation and data centralization initiatives • Experience in companies in the services industry
