Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Analyst, located in Cartagena. The Telemarketing Analyst will handle day-to-day tasks including contacting potential clients, providing customer service, analyzing customer needs, and promoting financial products. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to identify and cultivate customer leads, as well as maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions.
