Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored paid media strategies; provide regular updates and reports. Ad Copy and Creative Development: Create compelling ad copy and visuals; conduct A/B testing to refine creatives. Budget Management: Set, manage, and optimize advertising budgets; identify opportunities for cost savings. Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to extract insights and recommend optimizations; stay updated on industry trends. Requirements: Proven experience as a Paid Ads Marketing Expert or relevant digital marketing role. Deep knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategic recommendations. Excellent communication skills in English. Results-driven mindset focused on client objectives. Preferred Qualifications: Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications. Experience with e-commerce or B2B marketing. Familiarity with additional paid media channels beyond major platforms.
