Job Title: Enterprise Digital Architect About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Digital Architect to play a critical role in shaping and guiding digital transformation across platforms. - The successful candidate will design and guide the development of integrated digital solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and technology strategies. - They will drive digital innovation by assessing emerging technologies and communicating their strategic relevance to stakeholders. - Collaboration with development teams and technical partners to ensure seamless architectural integration across systems is essential. - The Enterprise Digital Architect will lead the design of customer-centric user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) that elevate engagement and usability. - Mentorship of developers, promotion of architectural best practices, and ensuring technical alignment with enterprise-wide frameworks are also key responsibilities. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: - A minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or software development. - At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in enterprise or domain architecture. - A background in P&C; insurance is a strong plus. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - TOGAF or similar architecture certification is preferred. - Fluent in English, with intermediate+ level required for communication with international teams. - Must-Have skills include DevOps practices, strong system integration skills. - Preferred skills include Cloud Optimization, Robotic Process Automation, and Robotic Desktop Automation.
