Role Overview The Recruitment Specialist is a high-performing individual contributor responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for job requisitions from internal stakeholders. This role involves overseeing sourcing, screening, hiring, and pre-onboarding activities while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Duties & Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job requisition, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and define job specifications. Conduct Intake process and calibrate with hiring manager or learning experience. Create and post job advertisements on multiple platforms (job boards, social media, internal sites, etc). Source candidates through various channels, including resume databases, job boards, networking events, and social media. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for the organization. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams throughout the process. Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits with candidates. Manage candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process from start to finish. Talent Sourcing & Networking: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Utilize social media, job boards, and industry-specific networks to attract diverse candidates. Conduct proactive sourcing activities and outreach. Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build relationships with potential candidates.
