Job summary We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our business growth and expand our reach in the SaaS B2B industry. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers, serving as the first point of contact in our sales process. Responsibilities - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers. - Reach out to prospects through various channels (cold calls, emails, social media). - Qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit with our SaaS solutions. - Schedule and conduct initial discovery calls and product demonstrations. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead nurturing and conversion. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge. What you'll bring to the team: - At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, within the SaaS B2B industry. - Advanced communication skills and English proficiency ( Advanced English level is a must ) - Proven track record of: - Ability to conduct market research and identify key decision-makers. - Cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn). - Ability to qualify leads based on business needs and product fit. - Leading discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations. - Collaborating with sales teams to nurture and convert leads. - AI driven mindset and experience. - Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking systems. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
