About the Role The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Enhancing the usability, quality, and feature set of our Records Management System (RMS) and Booking products. - Designing and implementing a cleanly designed, reusable client integration system that adheres to secure cloud software best practices. - Collaborating with design and product teams to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - At least 3 years of experience in software development for technology companies. - A high level of proficiency in Java+React (80/20) and SQL. - Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture. - A DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement.
