A Housekeeping Attendant supports all Housekeeping and Laundry operations by managing guest requests and delegating tasks to team members to ensure efficient service and an exceptional guest experience. What will I be doing? As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will assist the Housekeeping and Laundry teams with daily activities, delegating tasks to maintain high standards within the hotel. Your responsibilities include: Maintaining high standards in Housekeeping and Laundry according to hotel brand standards. Monitoring team performance, providing training, and promoting teamwork. Delivering excellent guest service. Managing room availability and coordinating with Floor Housekeeping Supervisors. Controlling department operations, including key management, incident logging, and linen and uniform handling. Checking guest information in CRM to meet preferences and requests timely. Arranging flowers and special linen embroidery for occasions. Managing Lost and Found items and donations monthly. Checking and coordinating linen and uniform cleaning and repairs. Overseeing document and personnel traffic within the department and managing linen releases. Handling guest clothing releases daily for laundry services. Closing laundry expenses monthly and managing supplies. Replacing the Laundry Attendant during absences. What are we looking for?
