Marketing Coordinator Job Description This role is responsible for executing social media strategies and campaigns, communicating with students, creating content for social media, organizing events, and producing video and photo content. - Support the marketing department by creating and scheduling social media content, maintaining and updating the social media calendar. - Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data. - Plan and manage various online and on-campus events. - Create photo and video content as needed. - Manage and oversee media release forms. - Manage and coordinate filming schedules, work with 3rd party videographers and photographers. - Discover any current marketing and social media trends that may be applicable and ensure maximum effectiveness by staying up-to-date with any changes on all social platforms. - Execute social media strategy on all platforms. - Create engaging content in text, image, and video format, collaborate with designers and copywriters on creating informative attractive content. - Measure all social media traffic, define social media KPIs. - Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders. - Facilitate conversations online with students, respond to comments daily, build and maintain an online community. - Report on online feedback and reviews from students. - Create an optimal schedule for posting, considering both customer engagement metrics as well as web traffic. - Oversee the layout of all social media accounts. - Suggest ways to optimize content and attract prospective students. - Measure campaign success. - Use social media marketing tools to improve efficiency and manage all accounts effectively. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in marketing or similar. - Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role. - Must be Spanish speaking. - Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. - Excellent English writing and communication skills. - Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite. - Must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. - Working knowledge of design and email software. - Knowledge and expertise with multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. - Ability to deliver creative text image and video content. - Familiar with marketing channels and online marketing strategies. - Ability to grasp future digital technology trends and act on them proactively. - Strong attention to detail.
