Job Title: ACD Creative Strategist Overview: The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty, and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within Services that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. As a Creative Strategist, you will have a creative flair, seeking innovative and new creative directions for our clients grounded in data-driven insights and with awareness of market trends. You will relish working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple creative briefs. You will have solid stakeholder engagement communication and presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative strategy for our clients that aligns with the brand and objectives, factoring in data-informed insights. - E nsure the smooth handover and understanding of the creative strategy to the respective Creative Director, jointly briefing the creative development team to enable execution. - Co-lead creative ideation sessions with the Creative Directors for larger client projects of strategic importance, and be active and available to guide the creative team and interface with the client on such projects through to completion as needed. - Support the Creative Directors with smaller client project creative ideation sessions as needed. - Work alongside the Creative Desk Project Managers to align on business priorities to best utilize your skills. - Liaise with Advisors Research Centre and local Client Services team as needed to obtain market intel and client nuances. - Continually keep abreast of marketing and in-market trends regarding both consumer behaviors, creative, and media trends. About You: - Minimum of 10 years' experience as a Creative Strategist or Strategic Planner at a full-service creative agency. - Proven senior-level client management experience. - Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market research, and competitive analysis. - Adept at defining client briefs and presenting concepts back to clients, drawing on research and data. - Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate ideas effectively. - Skilled at working under pressure. - Bachelor degree qualified, with postgraduate qualifications in creative, marketing, or MBA. - English language fluency is a must.
