About You and this Role We seek an Engagement Manager for our Professional Services team who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing complex projects, and serving as a key link between clients and Liferay. Your role is to ensure clients have an excellent experience and receive top-quality service. If you are passionate about customer success, apply now! Key Objectives 1. Deliver client projects within scope, schedule, and budget 2. Coordinate with multiple teams from proposal to billing 3. Handle client escalations, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflicts 4. Schedule and lead regular meetings 5. Provide status updates to clients and internal teams 6. Participate in resource planning for projects 7. Respond promptly to client needs to ensure satisfaction 8. Follow Liferay’s Service delivery methodology 9. Collaborate with sales during proposals 10. Work with project managers across the full project lifecycle 11. Explain solutions to clients, emphasizing investment value 12. Engage in agile processes, clarify requirements, and gather feedback 13. Own assigned tasks and ensure their completion Required Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2. Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills 3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to monitor progress, report, and resolve issues 5. Proven ability to deliver projects and value to customers 6. Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams 7. Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle 8.
