Your Role As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will: - Provide exceptional customer service and support. - Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions. - Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies. - Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets. - Continuously learn about product offerings to provide accurate information. What We’re Looking For Education and Work Experience Requirement: - High School Diploma. - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
