Job Overview The Credit Manager position involves overseeing the financial operations of the establishment, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities - Maintain local credit procedures in accordance with corporate policies. - Ensure accurate records of guest or company inquiries and provide prompt responses. - Facilitate quick and precise billing of all accounts, and handle collection matters efficiently. - Develop and maintain relationships with repeat clients to promote communication and assist with collection efforts. - Prepare and conduct a monthly credit meeting.
