**Job Title**: HR Manager - Colombia **Location**: Medellín, Colombia **Job Type**: On-site **Schedule**: Full-time **Contract Type**: Permanent **Position Summary** **Key Responsibilities**: **1. HR Strategy & Operations** - Design and drive HR initiatives in alignment with both regional and global strategies. - Serve as the local HR lead, managing day-to-day operations and being the primary HR contact. - Oversee all HR administrative functions including payroll coordination, benefits, HRIS maintenance, and policy adherence. **2. Labor Law & Compliance** - Ensure full compliance with all applicable Colombian labor laws and regulations. - Liaise with legal counsel and governmental bodies such as the Ministry of Labor, UGPP, and DIAN. - Maintain meticulous records to support audits and ensure regulatory compliance. **3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for Colombian roles, partnering closely with hiring managers. - Enhance onboarding processes to optimize new hire experience and retention. **4. Employee Relations & Engagement** - Foster a respectful and inclusive work environment with proactive communication and fair conflict resolution. - Advise employees and management on HR issues, performance, and behavioral matters. - Conduct and manage investigations in line with corporate and legal standards. **5. Performance Management & Development** - Oversee local execution of performance management systems. - Identify skill gaps and coordinate developmental training in collaboration with business leaders. - Support succession planning and career path development. **6. Organizational Culture & Internal Communication** - Promote organizational values and culture through structured HR events and programs. - Administer employee engagement surveys and develop responsive action plans. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field. - Master’s degree preferred. - 5-7 years in HR roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in Colombia. - Fluency in Spanish required. - Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential. - Deep understanding of Colombian labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices. - Proficient in handling sensitive issues with discretion. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in multinational or matrixed environments. - Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Cloudpay, ADP. - Certifications related to Labor Law, SG-SST, or ISO standards are advantageous. - and substance-free workplace to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.** At ttg, **_“We believe in making a difference One Person at a Time,”_** ttg OPT
