Billing Analyst Job Description As a Billing Analyst at Equinix, you will be responsible for managing and resolving all aspects of billing and billing query resolution. You will work closely with cross-functional organizations to respond to customer inquiries and investigate and resolve potential customer billing issues. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and ensure that the monthly billing is complete and accurate for assigned customer base in accordance with close calendar - Process billing adjustments timely and accurately to customer accounts making sure that the proper levels of authorization and documentation are in place - Review and resolve assigned billing cases in a timely and accurate manner to meet all internal SLAs - Work closely with cross functional organizations to respond to customer inquiries to investigate and resolve potential customer billing issues Requirements: - 3-5 years Billing experience in a global or multi-national companies - Excellent communication skills including research, writing, and presentation skills - Experience dealing with escalations from internal and external customers
