Here’s what you can expect: - Competitive base with a strong, uncapped commission structure - Comprehensive benefits and wellness support - Flexible work model: hybrid, remote, or in-office - Real growth opportunities and leadership visibility - Inclusive, respectful culture that blends U.S. innovation with Colombian heart - A company that listens, invests in you, and celebrates wins together **About the role**: **What you will do**: - Architect and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using **Harness modules (CI, CD, FF, CCM, SRM)**. - Automate deployments to Kubernetes, VMs, serverless platforms, and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Integrate Harness with source control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket), artifact repositories (Artifactory, Nexus), and secrets managers (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager). - Manage canary, blue/green, and rolling deployments with robust rollback strategies and verification steps. - Configure security, compliance policies, approval steps, and RBAC within Harness to enforce governance. - Use **Harness Cloud Cost Management (CCM)** to optimize cloud spend and provide actionable cost visibility. - Collaborate with developers, SREs, and security teams to build a self-service delivery platform. - Develop observability integrations with tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, Prometheus, and Grafana. - Stay up to date on Harness platform updates and continuously drive adoption of new capabilities. **What you bring**: - 3+ years of hands-on experience with **Harness Software Delivery Platform** (CI/CD modules required). - Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD best practices, and GitOps workflows. - Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and containerized workloads. - Familiarity with secrets management, cloud IAM roles, and service account policies. - Experience integrating Harness with monitoring and security tools for automated verification. - Proficiency with YAML pipeline definitions, JSON scripting, and automation tools. - Excellent documentation, collaboration, and communication skills. **Nice if you have**: - Harness certifications (e.g., **Certified Harness Expert - CD/CI/FF/CCM**). - Experience with progressive delivery models like feature flags and chaos engineering. - Familiarity with platform engineering practices and developer experience (DevEx) initiatives. - Exposure to tools like Spinnaker, ArgoCD, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions for comparative context. **Equal Opportunity Employer**: AspenView is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
