Titleand Summary Sr. Analyst, Finance Business Partner, ConsumerProducts Overview: The Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner,position is part of the Consumer Products and Processing (“CPP”)finance team and is responsible for finance support and analysesfor the global core product business teams. CPP is responsible forglobal stewardship of the Company’s core product offeringsincluding strategy, product design, and value propositions fordebit, credit, and prepaid as well as management of DigitalSolutions, Global Processing, and Prepaid Management. The financeteam partners with the CPP business to drive initiatives andsupport all financial aspects of the business strategies. Role 1.Development of materials to support ongoing business reviews:Monthly Performance Packages, Operating Reviews, scorecard updates,and KPI dashboard reviews, including push to automate and createefficiencies in the reporting processes. 2. Develop, track, andanalyze key business performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, andquarterly basis. 3. Collaborate with accounting, reporting, andFP&A; teams on financial forecasts and maintain ongoingassessment of spending risks/opportunities. 4. Partner withEngineering and Engineering Finance to review and prioritizeinvestments in technology. 5. Support efforts to develop netrevenues and profitability for Product categories. 6. Supporteffective cost management and efficiency efforts. All About You 1.A proven track record of accomplishments (Cards/Payments industry aplus but not required) 2. Demonstrated thought leadership with theability to translate raw data into meaningful information and topresent complex information in a concise professional manner forsenior management review. 3. Advanced modeling and analyticalskills (both quantitative and qualitative) 4. Comfortable withoccasional ambiguity and able to make calculated decisions withlimited data. 5. Excellent project management, follow up, andorganizational skills. 6. Strong prioritization skills to balancemultiple projects simultaneously. 7. Ability to handle confidentialinformation and materials with appropriate discretion. 8. Strongverbal and written communication skills 9. Comfortable interactingwith all levels of management 10.
