Join us and help change the future of healthcare for the better. - 120+ locations and growing, along with vast virtual coverage - 1 million+ patients to-date - 2,000+ caring clinicians and support staff serving their communities - Backed by investors such as CVS Health Ventures and Blackstone Horizon **What You'll Do**: - Ensure the accurate execution of payroll every cycle for approximately 2,000 employees. - Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues. - Handle the reporting of U.S. taxes, maintaining compliance with federal and state, and local regulations. - Manage garnishments, leaves, and other payroll-related claims. - Oversee the registration of payroll and taxes in new states and cities as the organization expands. **About You**: - Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. - Fluency in English and Spanish. - 3-5 years payroll processing experience in a U.S. context. - Must be experienced in Workday HCM and Workday U.S. Payroll systems. - Knowledge of ADP payroll processing. - Strong understanding of U.S. payroll rules and laws, with a particular emphasis on California regulations. - Ability to operate independently and proactively seek methods to improve efficiency and productivity. - Excellent communication skills to effectively lead a team and interact with employees at all levels. - Ability to lead and motivate a small team of payroll analysts. - Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of payroll processing. - Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve payroll-related issues swiftly. - Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare organization and its diverse workforce.
