Your Role We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Data Visualization Specialist with a strong focus on data visualization. While analytical skills are valued, this role prioritizes the ability to extract information, design compelling visual reports, and prepare presentations similar in quality and clarity to those developed by our Planning team. Creating high-impact presentations and using tools like Power BI and Tableau, you will transform raw datasets into structured, visually engaging deliverables that allow stakeholders to explore and understand data at a glance. What You Will Do Create impactful presentations, infographics, and visual summaries of data for leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, precision, and visual appeal. Extract, clean, and transform datasets from various sources (databases, ERP systems, CRMs, etc.) to prepare them for visualization. Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in BI tools like Tableau and Power BI, ensuring they are both informative and visually compelling. Generate accurate reports to complement visual storytelling. Collaborate with teams across finance and operations to understand data needs and develop tailored visualization solutions. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in dashboards, reports, and presentations. Train end-users on how to interpret and leverage dashboards for decision-making. Stay up to date with best practices and trends in data visualization, dashboard design, and analytics to continuously enhance output quality. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, Excel, or similar tools (Power BI experience is a plus). Proven ability to create professional, visually appealing, and high-impact presentations that convey data insights clearly. Background in finance or financial data analysis is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of data preparation and modeling; analytical skills are a plus. Experience handling and interpreting datasets from multiple sources. Excellent communication skills to translate data into clear, compelling visual narratives. Intermediate level of English (oral and written) required. Proficiency in tools for executive-level presentations (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
