Job Overview: We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to join our team. Your primary role will be to make outbound calls to potential clients, introduce our clients’ services, and schedule appointments for real estate agents. You will be key in helping our clients connect with qualified prospects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound cold calls using provided scripts and data lists. Engage with potential clients professionally and persuasively. Qualify leads and assess whether we can help them. Schedule appointments for real estate agents. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase conversion rates. Continuously refine scripts and strategies based on market feedback and performance. Qualifications: Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales (real estate experience preferred but not required). Strong communication and persuasive skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to handle objections effectively. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
