Descripción del empleo Supports in the planning, development and revisions of all on-boarding and training programs in the Colombia sales organization and support office functions. Assists in the implementation of global and Colombia specific workshops to ensure consistency and expertise in all areas of the business. Responsible to ensure the market has a well-used and accurately maintained learning management system, to support the training and development of all our employees. Sources and manages a diverse and inspirational library of training materials to support development and encourage activity within the tool. **Job responsibilities including but not limited to**: - Works according to H&M; Global standards but with strong local experience to manage a well-maintained learning management system for all Colombia H&M; employees. - Drives activity in the system in line with country goals by being an advocate for GROW across all users, as a member of the HR function. - Supports the Learning and Development Manager in ensuring that all Regional training programs are consistent with the H&M; company culture, policies, standards, objectives and procedures and the supplied training material. - Helps with the evaluation of new and existing trainers to ensure high quality in the training process. - Trains and supports the Super Users and Local Administrators to manage the system. - Builds and maintains the organizational structure for the system, and manages materials uploaded to secure the best accessibility to training events and materials for all users. - Remains informed of all changes to processes/policies and procedures that might impact on the system and updates local settings as required - Communicates system updates and changes including training content to all users involved - Maintains understanding of local requirements by soliciting regular feedback to secure the system processes work for the business. - Explores internal and external options for new content provision for the system, to ensure the library of materials is relevant and inspiring. **Requisitos**: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR or other business-related field or equivalent years of work experience - 2+ years of experience developing training programs and content for employee on-boarding, and sales and corporate trainings - Retail management/operations experience preferred - Strong knowledge and Experience developing training material and customizing global to local practices. - Training certifications preferred. - Previous experience performing configurations and upgrade processes on systems preferred - Experience managing a Learning Management System preferred **Competencies**: - Ability to work within and emulate the H&M; Company values - Must be able to effectively partner with personnel of organizational units involved HR, IT, Payroll, Stores and Global HR in order to maintain and improve system processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Excellent training and delivery skills. - Experience or interest in managing an LMS tool - Platform training skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a simple and easy way - Friendly and professional manner - Self-motivated - Good organizational skills, time management prioritizing and the ability to work to deadlines - Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to company specific systems. - Travel will be required per business need - 35% of the time Información adicional **_
