In our team, you will move the needle and contribute to the accelerated growth of restaurants in Latin America. We are looking for people passionate about sales and technology. As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for: Promoting strategies to improve partner operations and management for greater growth. Conducting periodic 360° analysis of brands to provide recommendations for growth and process optimization (metrics analysis, commercial proposal design, campaigns, ads, etc.). Encouraging self-management of your portfolio accounts through training on tools designed for partners, addressing operational needs, performance analysis, and creating commercial campaigns. Actively participating in training to master various company processes and products. Implementing the company's CRM in your commercial management, keeping customer information, processes, negotiations, and activities up to date. Reaching out promptly and efficiently to various databases to ensure achievement of OKRs and area activities. Providing timely responses to partner requests. At least 1 year of solid commercial experience in account management, customer service, sales, or similar roles. Strong negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and influence, capable of handling difficult conversations to achieve the best results for our partners, users, and Rappi. Proactive, resourceful, creative, quick to execute, and willing to ask for help when needed.
