What You'll Do Financial Operations - Ensure compliance with local statutory and US GAAP accounting requirements, including quarterly and annual financial statements preparation. - Prepare account reconciliations on a monthly or quarterly basis. - Contribute to the monthly closing process for Senior Finance Coordinators. - Assist Finance Coordinators with year-end audit procedures and statutory financial statements. - Perform other duties as assigned. Expense Reimbursement Processing - Resolve expense claim issues with GFOs agent and Consultants. - Prepare credit card expense analysis for review with Senior Finance Coordinators. Accounts Payable and Disbursements - Evaluate invoices against Purchasing policy and ensure proper documentation with GFOs agent. - Improve operational efficiency by using automated upload functionality. - Set up new vendors and manage Vendor file maintenance and controls. - Prepare monthly reconciliations (AP, Advanced Payments). Taxation and Treasury - Assist Senior Finance Coordinators with tax reporting, including VAT and Corporate tax returns. Risk Management and Compliance - Ensure adequate internal control and compliance in areas of responsibility. - Work closely with Senior Finance Coordinators to implement Global risk management procedures. What You'll Bring - Two years of work experience in Finance. - Familiarity with statutory and global financial accounting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent analytical capabilities and numerical reasoning. - Customer-focused and service-oriented. - Basic to Intermediate level of English.
