The Role: We are seeking a passionate and service-oriented student to join our team as a People Experience Intern in our Cali, Colombia office. As a human resources intern, you will be the vital link between our company and external entities such as ARLs, pension funds, and other social security organizations. Your Responsibilities: - Led and supported essential processes such as onboarding, welcome kits, and general onboarding agendas, with a specific focus on Colombia and potentially other countries in the region. What We're Looking For: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong focus on internal and external customer service. Requirements: - Student in their final semesters of studies in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Communication, Psychology, or related areas. - School program/university must allow SENA-type contracts. - Intermediate-level Excel skills (a plus) and familiarity with MS Office to support daily operations in the area. - Intermediate level of English (desired). - Pleasure of contact with people and ability to resolve questions effectively. Work Schedule: Hybrid in Cali, Colombia.
