About the Role We are seeking a mid-to-senior level mixed methods UX researcher with a proven ability to integrate behavioral data, qualitative insights, and market signals to create a comprehensive understanding of user needs. This role reports directly to the Director, Marketing and UX Research. Your Key Responsibilities - Design and implement various UX research methods to gain insights into user behavior, needs, and preferences. - Develop and execute UX research projects that may include (but are not limited to) user interviews, heuristic evaluations, usability tests, card sorting, and surveys. - Partner with designers and content strategists on the Global Digital Experience team to identify and execute UX research projects. - Potentially take on more marketing research-oriented tasks, such as in-depth interviews and surveys, related to stakeholder engagement from the brokerage and employee benefits divisions and brands. How You'll Make an Impact - Manage UX research projects, including scoping, design, data collection, analysis, report development, and communicating findings to drive impact. - Be a vital part of the Digital Experience Team's Laytrack process, collaborating with designers, content strategists, and marketers to inform product and design strategy. - Work closely with the analytics team to understand user behavior patterns and apply insights to designing UX research and enhancing UX research results. - Leverage multiple research tools, including Usertesting.com, Qualtrics, HotJar, and Google Analytics. - Manage and work on multiple projects simultaneously, offering flexibility to meet with global stakeholders.
