Python Tech Lead / Research + Development at BairesDev We seek exceptional Python Tech Leads to join our R&D; team, which drives significant revenue through data analysis, machine learning, and web and desktop development. What You’ll Do: - Collaborate with engineering and business stakeholders to support project delivery. - Manage your time to focus on coding and mentoring junior members. - Coordinate with DevOps to maintain tasks. - Make architectural decisions considering future business growth. What We Are Looking For: - 7+ years of experience in Python and Django development. - Experience with object-oriented programming is desirable. - 3+ years of development experience in other programming languages. - Proficiency with XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL). - Experience with object-oriented design (OOD). - Strong skills with large data structures and algorithms. - University degree in systems is a plus. - Advanced English proficiency.
