Empowering companies to transact, communicate and engage with their customers free of fear, Continuous Trust makes the promise of the digital economy possible. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop automated tests and test plans under the direct supervision of the team manager - Collaborate with engineers to understand the systems under test - Execute automated and performance test scripts, and review the results - Evaluate responses from engineering teams on reported issues and take appropriate actions - Oversee release testing, product maintenance releases, and new development projects - Perform manual tests as needed according to test plans and acceptance criteria - Work within the SCRUM framework as part of the development team **Essential Requirements**: - Proficiency in writing basic SQL queries (any SQL dialect) - Experience working in both Linux and Windows environments - Hands-on experience executing automated tests - Familiarity with source code versioning systems (Git, SVN, Perforce) - Exposure to testing web services (REST) - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications**: - Understanding or experience with object-oriented programming - Experience with test automation, preferably using Python - Familiarity with high-traffic sites or services - Exposure to Agile and SCRUM methodologies - Experience with JIRA or other ticketing/bug tracking systems - Experience with various API testing tools - Experience with release management **About Telesign**: Telesign connects and protects online experiences with sophisticated customer identity and engagement solutions.
