Tekton Labs is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads across Central America. You'll play a pivotal role in our sales pipeline — bridging the gap between marketing and sales, setting up qualified meetings, and ensuring our future clients feel heard and supported. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification - Proactively identify leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn/social selling, and networking. - Research and engage prospects to assess pain points, fit, and budget. Appointment Setting & CRM Management - Schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team. - Keep CRM data accurate and up to date. Relationship Building & Nurturing - Develop trust with leads by sharing relevant content and being responsive. - Continuously engage with qualified leads to prevent them from going cold. Sales Enablement & Collaboration - Share insights and trends with the sales team. - Support strategic outreach in collaboration with Client Partners. Continuous Learning - Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best practices. - Take ownership of your own professional development. What We're Looking For Must-Have 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related fields. Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms (HubSpot). Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Nice-to-Have Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required).
