We specialize in Intra-Latam and Americas cargo operations such as exports, imports, customs brokerage, ground transportation, and storage. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Imports Coordinator located in Barranquilla, our operations center for Intra-Latam and Americas. The Imports Coordinator will overlook day-to-day tasks including coordinating and managing import activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth import operations. In adition, it will also liaise with clients, provide customer service, and manage necessary documentation and communication related to import processes. Qualifications 3-4 yrs experience with Ocean, Air and Inland freight . 3-4 yrs experience in Customs Brokerage in LATAM and knowledge of import regulations. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written . Proficiency in Customer Service and handling customer inquiries . Organizational skills and attention to detail . Leadership skills.
