**Job Description**: **Are you looking for a career move that will put you at the heart of a global financial institution?** By Joining Citi, you will become part of a global organisation whose mission is to serve as a trusted partner to our clients by responsibly providing financial services that enable growth and economic progress. **Role Overview**: **What you'll do**: - Participating in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM. - Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to privacy and records management compliance risk management. - Preparing regular reports and dashboards to communicate privacy performance to stakeholders and senior management. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to perform monitoring and targeted assessments and report findings and recommended actions to leadership. - Reviewing materials to ensure compliance with various regulatory and legal requirements. Identifying and addressing potential risks. - Investigating and assisting in responses to privacy and records management compliance risk issues. - Monitoring adherence to Citi’s Compliance Risk Policies and relevant procedures. - Preparing, editing and maintaining Compliance program related materials. - Interacting and working with other areas within Citi, as necessary. - Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas. - Additional duties as assigned. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **What we'll need from you**: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and Knowledge of Privacy and Responsible Information Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies - Fully bilingual English-Spanish, Advance Level - Understanding of data privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA and state privacy regulations and prior program management is desired - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization - Work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization - Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree; experience in compliance, legal or other control-related function in the financial services firm, regulatory organization, or legal/consulting firm, or a combination thereof; experience in area of focus; Advanced degree preferred**Job Family Group**: Data Governance - **Job Family**: Data Privacy - **Time Type**: Full time - **Most Relevant Skills** Constructive Debate, Data Governance, Data Management, Internal Controls, Laws and Regulations, Management Reporting, Policy and Procedure, Program Management, Regulatory Management, Risk Controls and Monitors. - **Other Relevant Skills** For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.- - View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
