To learn more about Convatec, please visit http://www.convatecgroup.com The Digital Workplace Power Platform Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform , while also managing and supporting key digital platforms. This hybrid role is split between PowerApps development (50%) and platform administration (50%) , including responsibilities related to CMS platforms and deployment processes usingGitHub. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that enhance productivity and streamline business processes. Main Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom PowerApps applications to meet business needs. Integrate PowerApps with other Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Dynamics 365. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Develop workflows using Power Automate and ensure seamless automation of business processes. Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions. Provide support and troubleshooting for existing PowerApps applications. Administer and support Content Management Systems (CMS) platforms such asOptimizely / Shopify / Magento, among others, ensuring performance, availability, and user access management. Manage and execute deployment pipelines using GitHub, including version control, release management, and automation tasks. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions. Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors or internal teams as needed. Key Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience developing with Microsoft PowerApps and related technologies. Strong knowledge of PowerApps formulas, development tools, and custom connectors. Experience with Power Automate for creating workflows and automation. Proficiency in integrating PowerApps with SharePoint, SQL databases, and other data sources. Experience administering platforms such asOptimizelyor similar CMS/DXP tools. Familiarity withGitHubfor managing code repositories and deployment workflows. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Communicate effectively in English with global teams and stakeholders Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus.
