What you will be doing at Evalueserve Design and implement systems and processes for the movement, enhancement, integration, quality, and availability of both structured and unstructured data. Communicate directly with senior stakeholders on projects, demonstrating innovation and problem-solving skills in all aspects of work. Collaborate with global clients and project teams across geographies, with potential travel to client locations as required. Work closely with data architects, application engineers, data analysts, and other team members to ensure cohesive and efficient data solutions. Implement data solutions in cloud or hybrid environments, leveraging technologies like Snowflake. Develop and maintain data models to support the proper operation of cloud infrastructures. Ensure data integrity through rigorous attention to detail and validation, adhering to all regulatory, privacy compliance, and security procedures. Identify potential issues and risks during project implementation and propose realistic mitigation strategies. Document processes, code, and models to ensure clarity and maintainability. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and projects. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, including relevant experience working with Snowflake: creating/supporting ETLs, data modeling, and data pipeline development. Proficient in Python for scripting and automation. Proficient in SQL for querying and managing databases. Experience with data warehousing concepts and technologies. Understanding of relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and data structures. Experience with data pipeline orchestration and ETL processes. Business-facing experience with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
