It is an intermediate management level position responsible for leading and supervising a medium sized unit of support employees, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to improve processes, interpret data, process transactions over USD 500K/USD1MM prepare reports, and minimize bank risk through ensuring adherence to audit and control policies. **Responsibilities**: - Leading the team, covering staffing, operational, metrics, risk and controls activities. - Process transactions over USD 500K/USD1MM - Ensure quality execution, performance improvement and development for the team. - Supervise and maintain a motivated, engaged, committed and high performing team. - Communicate and ensure the execution of the changes and new processes - Operational support for 17 countries and different processes (Cash Management related). - BAU Monitoring, problem resolution, interacting and coordinating among internal areas - Engage the team to create initiatives that can improve the daily operation. - Works to reduce the common reprocessing issues between maker-checker with a system enhancement and training - Taking the right decisions during the daily operation to ensure the compliance of the controls and the best customer services. - Identifying, assessing, and reporting any issues or gaps to management in order to implement additional controls. - Coordinate and ensure to cover the BAU in case of a Tampa’s contingency - Participate in projects & Initiatives, their follow up and implementation - Open to changes, flexibility and adaptability to shift rotation - Working very close with the manager to achieve the business needs **Qualifications**: - At least 3 years of experience in operations team. - Demonstrated management skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills - High level of professionalism, as well as high level of energy, enthusiasm and motivation - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to work in a constantly changing corporate environment, independently as well as on a team - Ability to manage time efficiently, work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Highly focused, able to rapidly determine priorities and implement in consequence - Team player; builds strong partnerships. - Highly effective influencing skills. - Sound decision making, while able to agreeably present another viewpoint - Demonstrated ability to synthesize information, prioritize goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency. - Promotes a culture of collaboration and teamwork across organizational boundaries **Education**: - Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience - **Job Family Group**: Operations - Transaction Services - **Job Family**: Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full timeCiti is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
