We are seeking an Engagement Manager to assess client needs,identify requirements, and develop projects to improve businessoperations. This role involves analyzing business data, assigningtasks, and solving problems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manageprojects across: AMS, EMEA, APAC 2. Build strong customerrelationships & Lead customer meetings 3. Manage Scope,Schedule, and Budget 4. Handle Deployment Records and ResourceForecasts 5. Document Lessons Learned and Capture Case Study Data6. Manage Client Escalation and Risk 7. Identify Resource Needs andPrioritize Work with Customers 8. Ensure understanding of deliverymethodology 9. Keep stakeholders informed & Send executivesummary reports 10. Coordinate knowledge transfer processes 11. Facilitate sales to delivery process 12. Transform deliverablesinto actionable plans 13. Manage project schedules with Servicesteam 14. Ensure projects follow the assigned methodology 15. Collaborate on workshop sessions 16. Update Resource plans 17. Coordinate pre and post Go-live activities Necessary skills andexperience required: 1. Bachelor’s in software engineering,Computer Science, or related experience. 2. Proven experience inGeneral Consulting 3. Proven experience in Service Management 4. Proven experience in Project Management 5. Proven experience inServiceNow projects 6. ServiceNow Sysadmin Certification – Desired7. Scrum Master Certification – Desired 8.
