We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Specialist with specialized knowledge in SEO, Google Ads, Keywords, Optimization, and Website Analysis. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of SEO best practices, and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy to maximize online visibility and drive traffic to our website. Responsibilities ● Lead SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage the company’s overall SEO strategy, including both on-page and off-page SEO. ● Keyword Research: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value search terms and opportunities for content creation. ● Website Optimization: Optimize website content, structure, and meta-data to improve search engine rankings and user experience. ● Google Ads Management: Create and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI. ● Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and drives organic traffic. ● Website Analysis: Perform regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for improvement and monitor SEO performance. ● Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and adapt to changes in the search landscape. ● Reporting: Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns. ● Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM. ● Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing, development, and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ● 3+ years of experience in SEO, SEM, or a similar role. ● Proven experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, ● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. ● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. ● Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress). ● Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
