The role is a combination of roughly 50% executive assistant work and 50% sales specialist work. Both are integral to allowing the Chief Business Development Officer to become the most productive they can be. This role will also help with any needs the Chief Business Development Officer may have as relates to Strategic Partnerships. Responsibilities Manage Chief Business Development Officer's Communications: Communicate on the Chief Business Development Officer's behalf both internally and externally, read, organize, and appropriately address communication across multiple channels. Manage Chief Business Development Officer's Schedule: Help achieve the "ideal week," manage meetings including preparing agendas, prepping the Chief, taking notes, and distributing action items. Complex calendar management and scheduling. Various Tasks: Book appointments, submit invoices, handle purchases, manage field requests, expense reporting, and manage LinkedIn. Sales Support Specialist: Follow sales process, compile leads, assist with meeting sales and marketing goals, prospecting, qualifying leads, follow-up, maintain CRM, and handle administrative duties related to sales. Project Management: Maintain documentation on client projects and track goals. Event Planning and Travel: Coordinate tours, meals, trade shows, and travel with the Chief. Support the Chief Business Development Officer: Assist with sales, projects, clients, and organizational details. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience in a professional, fast-paced environment Proactive management skills Highly flexible with prioritization skills Exceptional interpersonal skills Knowledge of basic accounting, writing, and research Ability to manage high-level communication and scheduling Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software #J-18808-Ljbffr
