Project Manager Role Overview The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects within InterSystems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage project team members to drive positive action and accountability. - Develop and oversee the Project Implementation Document (PID). - Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables. - Produce comprehensive project plans and manage project budgets effectively. - Define resource allocation and represent implementation team needs during pre-sales stages. - Lead risk and issue management, ensuring proactive change control throughout the project lifecycle. - Facilitate effective communication among project team members and report progress to stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: InterSystems seeks a seasoned Project Manager with: - Proven experience delivering complex healthcare ERP solutions in customer-facing roles. - Familiarity with the full project lifecycle and health IT systems. - Strong leadership, communication, and resource management skills. - Experience managing multi-disciplined teams and communicating across organizational levels.
